Welcome to TuneArt (the "Application"), operated by Kams ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Paris 75012, France. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the app, which allows you to generate AI-based album artwork from your music. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. Subscriptions

TuneArt offers a subscription to unlock premium features, including unlimited generations, access to exclusive visual themes, and higher-resolution covers. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments and applicable taxes. We may change or discontinue subscription packages at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content and features of the app, including but not limited to generated images, design elements, and UI/UX, are the property of us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use generated artwork for personal or promotional use, but you may not resell or distribute them commercially without written consent.

Audio Usage

The Application processes uploaded audio files to generate a corresponding visual cover. Audio is never stored permanently and is automatically deleted after processing. We do not share or use your audio content beyond this purpose.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data. By using TuneArt, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without prior notice or liability.

Disclaimer

TuneArt is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor that results generated will meet your expectations or commercial standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or inability to access purchased features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France.
